Terrorist Takedown 3 is an FPS (First Person Shooter) game where the player will play the role of an elite FBI SWAT team member. As part of an elite squad, you will work to take down terrorists, rescue hostages and save civilians all while avoiding death yourself. The game features eight different pieces of equipment including a bulletproof vest, night vision goggles and even a parachute. There are six single-player missions in the game that differ in difficulty and complexity based on difficulty levels ranging from novice to expert. The game also features twelve different multiplayer maps where players can play against one another in competitive multiplayer matches. A single player campaign, consisting of 8 missions, is included in the game. The missions are all based on real-life events that occurred in the United States between 1995 and 2007. The game also includes 12 multiplayer maps which are based on actual locations across the United States, which varies from city streets to suburban areas to forests and deserts. The game mode for each map differs by map with three modes available at launch: Team Deathmatch, Demolition and Hostage Rescue. At the beginning of the game, two types of weapons are available, which are pistols and automatic weapons. With each kill, players may earn cash that can be used to purchase additional weapons in the in-game shop.Reviews for Terrorist Takedown 3 have been mixed to positive with an overall Metacritic score of 67%.
